The Rooms have a king, queen or two regular size beds. Each room has a kitchenette with coffee maker and microwave. There are glasses, cups, utensils, and plates available for those who wish to dine in. There is a tiled shower and a dressing area with sink. The furnishings and decorations are Mexican Rustic with Talavera accents. All upper rooms have a full ocean view from the rustic wood balcony while the lower tropical rooms have a view of the ocean from the decoratively tiled patio. A limited number of mini-fridges are available on request upon arrival.

The Suites are two, 2 floor accomodations with many amenities.

The Tortuga Suite is a corner unit and enjoys a panoramic view of the ocean plus the pristine beach running clear to the northern horizon. By its name you must surmise that it has something to do with turtles--it does and just below the balcony is where the giant sea turtles lay their eggs. At the right time of the year you can observe the nesting from the Tortuga Suite balcony. The rest of the year its just breathtaking views.

The Sunrise Suite has the same comfortable layout as the Tortuga Suite and instead of beach, it has a more focused view of the ocean and the gorgeous Mayan sunrise.

The Suites have a king size bed upstairs and a sofa with trundle downstairs. The Suite will sleep 4 people. Each suite has a half bath downstairs and a bath with tiled shower and dressing area upstairs. Suites use a spiral stairway. The large, tiled kitchenette is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge and comes complete with plates, glasses, and utensils.
Each suite has a TV and a DVD player upstairs. The furnishings and decorations are Mexican Rustic with Talavera accents.
The upstairs level has a full ocean view while the ground floor level has a view of the ocean and tropical foliage.
Suite #1 has windows facing the beach both upstairs and downstairs. Each suite has a tiled downstairs patio and an upstairs balcony with hammocks or lounge chairs.
